Learn and share with others who share a passion for groundwater protection and conservation!

The Groundwater Foundation, in partnership with the Southern Nevada Water Authority, is hosting a one-day forum on October 7, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada, in conjunction with the Water Smart Innovations Conference, to provide opportunities for idea sharing and collaboration around the idea of community-based groundwater protection.

The forum will feature veterans of successful groundwater protection and conservation efforts who will share their experiences and the keys to their success. Participants will also have the opportunity to share their community's situation and efforts, learning from others and gleaning new ideas and approaches.

Date: Tuesday, October 7, 2014 (day prior to the start of the Water Smart Innovations Conference

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (lunch included).

Location: Springs Preserve Desert Living Center Conference Area, 333 S. Valley View Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 

Cost: Groundwater Foundation members and program participants - $112.50. Others - $125 per person. Student rate - $75. Register Online

Transportation to and from the Springs Preserve Desert Living Center will be provided from the South Point Hotel for those attending the Water Smart Innovations Conference.
